The competitors' ice creams all have an aftertaste that lasts within the first 3-4 bites. We've tasted the greater majority of these other ice creams. We are comparing these to Rebel, Enlighten, Halo Top, or one of the other keto ice creams out in the market right now. Ingredients: Milk, Cream, Allulose, Coffee Extract, Stracciatella (Sugar-free chocolate chips Coconut Oil), Egg yolk, Cocoa Powder, Inulin, Locust Bean Gum, Stevia. IngredientsĬhocolate Chips and Mint Oil are the only additional ingredients from their Vanilla ice cream and has only 5 g of sugar (again the sugar is coming from the milk lactose). It has a fabulous texture and lots of delicious chocolate chunks. This Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream is my favorite! Again this one from Real Good Foods is super creamy. The serving sizes Real Good Foods puts on their containers are definitely more realistic than the serving sizes you'd find on the other low-carb ice creams out there. When Jeremy eats one of these he’ll eat a ¼ of the pint. Know that this total carb number includes allulose in the count. So you want to be looking at sugar which would come from the lactose in the milk. In one serving (⅔ cup) there are 180 calories, 15g total fat, 80mg cholesterol, 90mg sodium, 19g total carbs. So here we’ve got 3 servings (⅔c) per container. Ingredients: Milk, Cream, Allulose (a sweetener we like - a rare sugar with no impact on blood glucose), Egg Yolk, Inulin (a great prebiotic fiber), Vanilla extract, Locust Bean Gum (to bind the ingredients together), Sea salt, and Stevia (another great sweetener). It is SO creamy… this would be perfect in a root beer float (like our Low-Carb Root Beer Recipe). This looks more like real vanilla ice cream than anything we’ve seen before in a low carb ice cream. The flavor we will start with is… vanilla, to start with a more basic flavor. So we’re "talking" to you as we open each one! Tanzanian Vanilla Ice Cream We wanted this to be a real-time experience.
